Sophie Allan1 StarExtremely frustrating experience. This mortgage lender proved to be incredibly uncooperative. Despite expressing a pressing need for documentation, she failed to review it promptly, resulting in subsequent "urgent" demands that could have been avoided if she had just reviewed the initial documents in a timely manner. Moreover, her behavior suggested a desire to distort the true nature of a payment. I had to repeatedly request that the form be relabled, which raised serious concerns about their integrity. The entire experience left me with a strong sense of unease and dissatisfaction.Wednesday 14th June 2023
