A jumbo loan is a mortgage used to finance properties that are too expensive for a conventional conforming loan. The maximum amount for a conforming loan is $647,200 in most counties, as determined by the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA). Homes that exceed the local conforming loan limit require a jumbo loan. FHA home loans are mortgage loans that are insured against default by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA). FHA loans are available for single family and multifamily homes. These home loans allow banks to continuously issue loans without much risk or capital requirements. The FHA doesn’t issue loans or set interest rates, it just guarantees against default.

I'm highly recommending Triple A Lending and giving them all the stars that they deserve! They did an excellent job in helping me with my VA loan on a new home construction. My builder rescheduled our Closing twice which pushed us outside the 30 day lock. Triple A stayed on top of everything with the title company and the builder. They managed to keep my interest rate even after the Feds had made another rate hike. Thank you so much Danny and Michael!

What a great company and an awesome experience. Following a horrible experience with Rocket Mortgage, I was hesitant to do business with any other lending company that wasn't local to my area. At the point where I was determined to go with a local bank for our financing needs, I received a phone call from Matt Shamoon, with Triple A Lending, Troy, MI. I expressed to Matt the bad experience with Rocket Mortgage and where they failed/struggled and Matt assured me that the experience with his company would be much different and he assured me they would get my loan to closing. Matt and Team did not disappoint. Matt was incredible throughout this process. If there were any updates or information needed for the loan you can bet you were receiving a phone call, text, or email or all the above from Matt. If I had any questions, he was very quick to respond. In my opinion, this company should be the blueprint for all the other companies in this industry. Just an Awesome experience. Dave Bradley
