Mike Collins5 StarMy experience with Ross Mortgage was definitely top notch. I was introduced to Toni while my brother was purchasing a house, that he needed help with . I had a very bad experience with a mortgage company when I purchased my second house. I told myself I would never purchase or refinance another house unless I paid cash for it or hit the lottery. Toni definitely changed my mind after speaking with her, she is the most pleasant, easy going,and very professional business person I have ever dealt with. The other staff she works with to help with the mortgages were great too. Since I've met Toni she keeps me informed on the best rates and everything that could help with a mortgage , when I can make time to refinance I'm definitely going back to Toni.
