Mortgage Lifesaver! Mona and the crew supporting The Lenders are the best at what they do, customer service, attention to detail and commitment are top notch. My loan was as difficult as difficult could be, but Mona stuck in there and was able to do what four (4 ) other companies could not. She also took the time to educate me, ensuring that I understood what was happening, could happen, and what I needed to do in the future. A company that will educate their customer is critical. I didn't know the difference between a mortgage company and a mortgage broker until now. The resources available to a mortgage broker are superior and allows for creativity, speed, options and a more detailed solution for me. Just when we thought all hope was lost after applying for a loan on April 30 2022 with a previous lender, Mona and her team fixed everything with in weeks.
