I've worked with John Kolb 3 times in the past three years - two home purchases and one refi. He is always available to answer any questions you may have and is very professional. When the sellers on my most recent home purchase wanted to push the closing date ahead, there was no problem in getting the mortgage finished early. I have nothing but good things to say about this team and would use them again without hesitation.

Met John for the first time at my closing. Everything up to that point had been handled via phone, email and a secure on-line access point which was great for me since I work full time. He was referred to me by my realtor. Never had any type of issue with him or any of his staff. They took time to answer any of my questions, whenever I reached out. There was one error on some of the closing documents which, because he was there, John was able to quickly resolve so nothing was held up. Would highly recommend John and team as professional, engaged, and just all around very nice people to work with!
