I have to say I was ready to give up on a previous company that was trying to refi my house and the communication was awful .. and thats when Allie Leto called and said she wouldn't let me give up because of the poor service I was getting from this company... it was a very different experience with Swift Home Loans. Never once did I not get an answer quickly with believe me a lot of questions and they called every day and updated me and actually got more out of my refi than I was going to get with the other company.. all and all I am very very satisfied how all things worked out and will And would most definitely recommend Swift Home Loans!!!!! Allie, Cory and Taylor were outstanding.. I hope I didn't miss anyone because everyone was a team player and did a fantastic job.. I got a call from Jenn out of nowhere and 14 days later I received my closing disclosure and closing was scheduled - this was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had with a financial institution- Lauren the loan processor was super nice overall I had the best experience working with Jenn and Lauren!!! Jenn is simply the best !!!! She offered her help to me and I needed it the most- and I listened to her and the rest is history!!! If you’re looking for a caring loan officer with a wealth of knowledge call Jenn. Jenn and Lauren were awesome. I talked to about 15 different refinance lenders some ok some bad but, Jenn and Lauren were the real deal. They were very friendly and truly worked to get me the best deal for me not just a deal that was slightly better than the rest. They also weren't pushy like alot of these folks seem to be. I would use them again and will recommend them to all my friends. If you are going through the hassle of refinance stop here and talk to Jenn and Lauren you won't be disappointed. I was skeptical about choosing a mortgage company. They had put to rest how efficient and quick this process started in February 1 and closed by the 22nd of February. I have never been so happy to get this process done quickly and everything went smoothly. Communication was fantastic always knew what was going on. extremely happy with this service. Definitely will pass the word they are great. Did a refinance with Adam Connell after being screwed by another company. I needed to get it done quickly, and although it got done a few days later I needed it, it all worked out in the end. Adam went above and beyond the call of duty! I was out of town for a birthday trip trying to get everything together and while on the trip my husband ended up in the hospital. Adam did everything in his power to get things pushed through and helped me get the information needed when I couldn't figure it out. I would definitely recommend him and his team. He even checked in to make sure my husband was doing okay. Great customer service with a personal and caring touch! I would like to thank Julian for encouraging me to refinance. I am usually a creature of habit and find it difficult to change. He assured me that I would get the best help and service. Secondly, I want to express my gratitude to Taylor. We had a lot of bumps along the way that at times caused me to become very frustrated. Taylor always remained calm and continuously assured me that she was going to do everything she could to solve the problem. She would text, email or call daily to let me know she was working diligently to get this done. I am not efficient with technology…that didn’t stop her. She patiently helped me with downloads…signing…reviewing documents. She was undeterred by the obstacles…I think she welcomed the challenges. I am grateful to have had both Taylor and Julian on my team. Thank you both for your patience and hard work.

I had a fantastic experience with Swift Home Loans, and it was all thanks to Ross! He was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Ross was incredibly helpful and patient, guiding me through every step and making sure everything went smoothly. Whenever any issues arose (which were minimal), Ross was always just a call or text away, ready to address them quickly and efficiently. His attentiveness didn't stop at closing either. Ross even followed up with me afterwards to see how I was doing and ensure I was happy with the whole experience. If you're looking to buy a home or refinance your property, I highly recommend going with Swift Home Loans and requesting Ross - he's a true asset to their team!

After talking with many financial lending groups, I found that Swift Home Loans was more knowledgeable with the services of the Veterans Administration with regards to the current needs and financial structure that can assistance veterans. I was and am impressed. From my first contact and throughout the refinance process, I was treated with respect, concern, and kindness. But not only as a client, more as a friend. The expediency of the business end of it all was amazing. The staff of Swift Home Loans is very knowledgeable and stayed on top of all aspects of my refinance Loan. Again, I was impressed. I needed to refinance my home in order to get money to pay for some very serious surgeries for my daughter and the people at Swift helped me through the entire process. They took the time to explain and walked me through everything. I never felt pressured and the whole process was very straightforward and professional. James even called me later to ask how my daughter was doing. Everyone I spoke to were helpful and kind. This was a very stressful situation for me but working with these people made it a a lot easier. Thank you all so much!

Thanks to the entire swift home loan team especially Matthew H. who helped me with my first refinancing experience with cash out. They made the process so smooth and worked with me from start to finish. Their response times to issues, questions, and concerns was incredibly fast. They got me just want I needed. Outstanding service from Sean and John! They got me good rates, more money, keep it 100 with me, and communicated throughout the entire process. We discussed the pros and cons, ran over different numbers, and Sean truly earned his salary with me. In all honesty, he was customer focused, kept me on track, and made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about everything I was going through. Outstanding work!
