Alan and Mandi and their team at Stockton ... Nothing less than 5-STAR! In March 2022, we had no idea how we were going to find a place to live for our 5-person family, with pets and an 89-year old live-in parent. We thought we had no hope of buying a home. Several mortgage professionals had "confirmed" that. Alan said it was possible. Attention to detail, daily diligence, persistence, and belief, all proved to be the strong characterisitics of Alan and Mandi's efforts. We had a marathon of self-employment (and other) obstacles to overcome over a two month period, and a looming move-out deadline. They guided us all the way through and were relentless with exploring all options and working with underwriting to get us pre-approval, and ultimately closed with a conventional loan, when FHA even denied us. Their actions were also pivotal in helping us to beat out four other bidders on the property we finally closed on. We are currently moving in to our new home, stepping "up" from the rental property we have been living in, to a spacious, and well accommodating property that meets ALL of our family needs, and more.
