Steve Wandrie is the man! My wife and I are not the easiest clients to work for. We read the fine print and numbers for everything and question everything. Steve not only did not get frustrated with us, but he ensured to answer every question we had throughout the process of buying our first home. He came to dinner with us and got to know us and our interests. He made our budget realistic, and always kept our best interests in mind. Steve is the ideal family man, he comes from one of the best families I know. He has a big heart and is probably the funniest person I have ever met. He works very hard for his clients and treats them like family. I am beyond thankful to Steve for all his help and explaining things several times to me throughout the process. If you are looking for exceptional work with either a purchase or refi, Steve is you guy. Thank you for everything Steve, not only for the mortgage and process, but for your friendship. Steve did an amazing job on our refinance. He is a wealth of knowledge and makes sure you understand the whole process from start to finish. You are treated like family. He made sure we understood the process and what our best options were for our situation. I did shop around and Steve was one of 4 mortgage professional I talked to. He blew us away with his customer service and knowledge. He defiantly loves what he does and truly cares about the people he helps. You will never feel like just another closing just going through the process. My wife was very happy with the process, so happy wife happy life! The Caliber portal to manage our mortgage is better then anything we had to use in the past! Highly recommend!!! If you are not talking to Steve you are doing home purchasing wrong. Steve is one of the best, and I’ve recommended him to friends and family since we closed our loan. We asked Steve to help us with our refinance. Because of our particular situation, Steve had his work cut out for him! He kept us up-to-date as we addressed any questions or concerns from underwriting and went the extra mile to reach out on our behalf to other parties who needed to provide information for our loan. Steve had to get creative with some solutions and kept us informed whenever our loan had to change or when new options became available. He leads his team well and always made sure we as were taken care of and informed. It didn’t matter if it was late at night because of our work schedule, or even around a holiday - Steve gets it done. I’m happy to recommend him to our friends and family, and especially to those new to the mortgage lending process. He explains things in a clear and concise manner, and patiently explained our options or why changes had to happen. I always had the feeling our loan and circumstances were a priority to him - he treated us like family and I look forward to work with him again.
