Nu Hang5 StarWe shopped around with many brokers till we got to Jacob. Jacob Pham is the best broker in Michigan, bar none. There was no pressure from him and we were well informed every step of the way. His turnaround time and attention to detail is Michelin Star from beginning to end. I've never worked with a broker that will respond with a detailed video recording of his paperwork and explanation. My wife and I felt like clients on an HGTV show. If there were any latencies outside of his organization, he was on top of it. Take your chances on him and you will understand right from your first interaction.Wednesday 15th May 2024

He would send us videos explaining and breaking down certain documents so we wouldn’t be confused.
