We would like to thank Brad and everyone at Somerset Lending Corp so much for helping us obtain the mortgage that allowed us to buy our dream house. Although we’ve been impressed with Brad’s work in the past, he really outdid himself this time. As he’s done in the past with our refinancing, Brad streamlined the loan process and paperwork. He gave us several options to meet our needs, and he worked to get us the most competitive rate. We really appreciated his extra efforts to keep our rate locked in when we faced delays beyond our control. And, the closing was painless. Working with Brad and everyone at Somerset Lending Corp, we quickly saw how knowledgeable they are. But, more importantly, they emphasize customer service and take extra measures to make the process as easy as possible. Brad is very honest and did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the process. Brad was also flexible, available at all hours and responsive to our inquiries (and, unfortunately, with this house there were several along the way). He helped us identify creative solutions to several problems we encountered. Not only are we pleased with the end result of our financial transaction, but Brad also connected with us on a personal level and made us feel like your top priority. It was refreshing to work with someone who is so professional and is such a good person. We would also like to thank Kim for her help as well. This was our first experience looking for financing for a condo. Brad and his group were recommended to us and from the first call to Brad, we were taken care of professionally and courteously. He was patient in explaining the whole process and he kept us updated constantly--even on the weekends! He was very responsive and answered calls, texts and emails promptly. We had some personal difficulties come up and he worked with us to make sure that everything went smoothly. His associate, Amanda, was also wonderful to work with and she, too, was courteous, professional and extremely helpful. We were referred to Somerset Lending when faced with an extremely short timeline to get approved and closed. They were able to meet this deadline when many other said it could not be done. Their communication was precise, friendly and always helpful. The execution on their end was flawless and was largely responsible for giving us a chance to close our difficult home purchase deal.
