Absolutely stellar mortgage lender and perhaps one of the best I've ever worked with (and I'm a real estate agent and have worked with many). Laurence is incredible at his job and helps you find the absolute best mortgage rate and is so incredibly responsive to all of your needs. I can't express my gratitude enough to Laurence and his team for helping me close on a property in the area. He was somehow able to find the cheapest rate (even though I scoured at least 10+ mortgage lenders) and he is lightening fast with his responses. Without his help and his dedication to us, I don't think we would have closed on time at all. I very highly recommend Laurence to anyone looking for mortgages especially in Michigan.

My wife and I found a house we couldn't pass up, but Huntington denied my loan application during underwriting even though I was so easily pre-approved. We were starting to worry the seller would find a new buyer and we'd lose our chance. I found Quality Mortgage Lending by accident and started working with Reno. Reno made the process easy and clear and was always open to text or call. We got the loan with about half the cost to close I would've had with Huntington, while also saving us a few thousand in the long run. We were able to close less than a month after we first connected with Reno (even though the seller and co-borrower were in entirely different states than us) and we moved in the next day! Quality Mortgage Lending and Reno specifically is easily deserving of 5 stars. We'll be going back to him when it's time to refinance.
