Otto went above and beyond for us every step of the way in our mortgage approval/closing process. He’s thorough, very transparent, and realistic. Once again, Five stars for Otto Alcon! This is the 3rd time my wife and I worked with Otto. There is no one else we will go to for our mortgage loan/refinance needs. Otto sincerely puts the needs of his clients first and is not happy until you are 100% satisfied.
