He made getting approved fast and easy and was always available if I had any question or needed an updated approval letter. He answered emails and calls quickly and answered all of my question (which as a first time homebuyer, were a lot!) thoroughly and with a positive attitude. He made the closing process quick and seamless, even when we hit a couple speed bumps, ensuring I got the best rates for my budget and financial situation.
