After other companies denied our mortgage, Nebo Lending, and especially Mike, advocated for us and made a way where there was no way to get a loan. I don’t have a credit score because I have never used a credit card. We went through manual underwriting, which is more strict and complex than the normal, and Mike was in constant communication both with us, our realtor and the underwriter, fighting for us with no other choice than victory. We sincerely appreciate the efforts made by Nebo team for us.

I worked with Steve at Nebo Lending to get the mortgage for my first house. As a first time buyer, I didn’t know much about the process, but Steve was constantly in contact with me and answered any and all questions I had. My home buying situation became complicated and delayed, but the team worked with me and my realtor to make sure I was still able to get the mortgage and the rate I was initially told.
