I'm an International Airline pilot, and being on the road at anygiven corner of the world while refinancing is no easy task, trust me, ask me how I know... lucky for me, I found Mortgage depot and his Broker Noor, who definitely earned my trust and my respect for his hard work, dedication and attitude. I have never worked with any broker or any underwriter that worked so hard for me and my family.
Definitely not the last time I'll be working with him and his team. They made this easy for me to understand and took the time to explain things outside of my expertise. Most importantly they took the time to find inspectors and contractors that got the job done at a bargain deal! Something other companies have tried to get me to do on my own... for these reasons and more not mentioned Noor and his team at Mortgage Depot have my recommendation, keep up the good work! Andre Michaud5 StarI was reluctant at first because so many companies say they can refinance you, only to have you spend money you don't have to do pest inspections, wind mitigation, 4 point inspections. Only to be told they can't help you. Even with all the obstacles in his way because of what I owed Kam and his team with Mortgage Depot got me through it very quickly and pain free. Didn't get everything I wanted but that was my fault, I look forward to working with Kam again in the future. I believe I honestly made a new friend in the process.
