Lara Girdwood5 StarWe worked with Jared, the owner, for our first home buying experience and it couldn't have been easier. At the start, I appreciated that the application process was done all online through a specific portal - it felt safer than other ways of submitting sensitive information that we experienced while exploring other broker options. Jared made us feel like we were his only client as he always made himself available for calls, questions, writing up letters, and submitting documentation in record time. My favorite thing about the experience, though - and about Jared as a professional - was when we explored an option with another broker that seemed like it was going to save us loads of money. Jared was honest and supportive in saying the quote seemed like an amazing deal while remaining completely professional, letting us know that if anything changed, he'd love to still help us. Well, of course, it was too good to be true and we were sorry that we ever strayed! He welcomed us back with open arms and continued to go above and beyond. He even helped recommend a realtor who was great and we ended up sticking with (Trish Woodard) and they worked seamlessly together.
