Matt is a knowledgeable and caring professional! So happy I worked with him on purchase of my first home. Would 100% recommend working with Matt and HomeSure to family and friends. He got me financing at a great rate, and helped me a lot with the application process. He also was my realtor; efficiently set up viewings, and had so much insight while taking tours. Also did an excellent job organizing and negotiating during closing. All along the way, he was attentive when answering any questions or concerns I had.

I reached out to Matt at a time when we were looking for a new house, but considering a refi, and I feel like it was the best thing I could have done. HomeSure listened to our situation and gave us advice that was good for us instead of them. They couldn’t guarantee that a refi through them wouldn’t cost us more if we ended up buying a new house soon, so they told us to shop around and find someone who could. We did, and it saved us a bundle when we did end up finding a new house a few months later! We did work with HomeSure to buy the new house, and Matt was unbelievably responsive from pre-approval to closing. I would send any of my friends to HomeSure with no hesitation.
