Zelanda • Made Gently (Zelanda's Kitchen)5 StarI stopped by Lake Trust Credit Union for a quick withdrawal while I was already on the move. The atmosphere inside was cool, calm, and welcoming, which made the stop feel easy and relaxed.
The teller who helped me was pleasant and very helpful. She handled the transaction quickly and got me in and out without any hassle, which I really appreciated since I was in a bit of a rush.

Nick Eastman2 StarI used to love this credit union. But as of now i am being charged 2 separate $32 charges for transactions that should have never went thro in the first place! So im being penalized for being broke! And when i talked to someone they would do anything to help me out even with all the businesses waving fees trying to help people in this time of need for so many Americans! Once the branches reopen i am going to close my account.Friday 20th March 2020
Kandy Baird1 StarI opened a checking and a savings account, $50 in each. I did not make any transactions at all. Within 8 weeks of opening these accounts, almost all my money was taken from me. Fraudulent charges and fees were listed on both of my accounts. I strongly advise not to have anything to do with this place. They are crooks!Monday 21st November 2022
