2023 update, a friend of mine is buying thier first home. I basically begged them to contact Jenny for thier mortgage company.. but of course they didn't and now are dealing with all kinds of things with the mortgage company they decided to go through.. hopefully those that read this listen to me. Ill say it again, if you are looking to purchase a home, Jenny and her team are the way to go!!!! As a first time home buyer, I highly recommend Ross Mortgage Corp. to anyone currently looking for a home. I am so thankful to have had Jenny and Kim as my Loan Officer and Loan Partner during the home buying process. Jenny and Kim always made sure to make themselves available to answer my questions or address any concerns throughout the entire mortgage process. I closed on my house in 2019, and since then my mortgage was sold to another lender but Ross Mortgage still provides me with absolutely incredible and so very much appreciated after sales support to this day. For example: When I was getting the run around from my home owners insurance company, I called Jenny and Kim to ask for some suggestions on what I should do. After explaining the situation, they immediately contacted my insurance company on my behalf even though the issue had nothing to do with Ross Mortgage Corp. The Ross mortgage team got to the bottom of the issue for me and my insurance company called me shortly after to resolve the issue. If you are reading this review and are looking for a great Mortgage Company, look no further, you found it! Such a great company.. Just the BEST!!
