James was incredibly knowledgeable, and thorough. I appreciated how he shared all my opinions, since I was working with a different broker who was not answering my calls. James even asked me what my concerns were during different steps of the process when I nervous because of the bad experience I was having with the other broker. His reassurance and knowledge made all the difference. In the end, everything worked out and I'm thankful for the role James played in my cash out refinance and all support he gave me during the most difficult parts of the process. My only regret is not calling James first to handle my transaction.
