All paperwork work was sent and signed electronically. It couldn’t have been easier! A week later, I was set and ready to make much needed repairs on my house! Hadia Qazi5 StarJALEN IS THE MAN!!!!!!! Jalen helped us with getting a mortgage for our first house. He was ALWAYS available via call or text and his communication was so thorough. He got us the best deal and we could not be more thankful for him.
Jalen was so kind and generous when it came to mortgage paperwork. He explained EVERYTHING and made it very easy for us to fill out and sign the paperwork required for the underwriter. Jalen was even able to arrange a virtual signing because I was out of town for the closing on our house. Jalen also showed so much patience for the smallest questions and for when I called during weekends, nights, etc.
We will definitely be contacting Jalen again for any home loan needs. This is our first step and he gave us so much confidence in the home buying process. He is so incredibly knowledgeable and has us as clients for life.
