The best way I can describe my experience with Imperium Lending is that their overall Team effort, expertise, and professionalism was highly satisfying and well worth my business. Wally was my “go to” person who answered my questions and provided me insight into types of loans better fitted for me. If you want a clean, professional process with clear communication the whole way, Imperium Lending is the place to do business with. Also, Nick was the most professional mortgage lender I have ever worked with and this is my fifth time closing on a home. He was easy to reach throughout the process, he made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way and he was even available during my closing to make sure I felt comfortable with every document. I asked for at least six changes along the way and not once did Nick complain or treat me unprofessionally. I appreciate Imperium Lending having a personal touch and handling business so efficiently. Thank you. I will definitely use you guys again in the future.

I had a great experience working with Imperium. Ethan and Joe were extremely professional, responsive and answered all of my questions. I felt they went ‘over and above’ to get me the best rate and to close quickly on my loan. I believe this company to be highly ethical and would work with them again. I can’t say that from my experience with other companies out there.

Peter Miller was excellent. I had gotten so many spam calls from random lenders, I answered his call not knowing who it was, and fully expecting to say “put me on your do not call list.” As a commercial general contractor, I’ve dealt in with lots of “big promise, weak follow through salesmen. Peter absolutely is not that. Peter was so professional, concise, and intelligent, I thought I’d listen to his pitch. Not only did he offer me the best deal I had gotten by far, he did it very quickly. It’s insane how punctual this man is. I wish he worked for me. Every single step of the way, he was clear and communicative. I’ve done lots of equity cash outs and mortgages and never have I had so much help from a loan officer. I mean this guy was telling me the answers before I could even ask the questions. I answered his call, and in a couple weeks I had 250k in my account with a low interest rate. I thought it was too good to be true but that’s just how amazing he is at his job. For all my rentals and spec homes, he’s the only contact I will ever need now.

This company was very professional and communicated effectively! They have an awesome team, and they truly work with you and ensure you are aware of the details at each step in the process! Nick was the loan officer I worked with and he was awesome! I talked with many lenders, but Imperium was by far the most authentic, genuine and thorough with their documentation! I’d definitely work with the again on any home loans in the future!
