Not sure if I'm doing this right since all of my computer is in Japanese right now. But if this is the place to review Alexis from Icon Lending, then perfect! I could not have done this loan without her. I was in the long process of working with a bank I'd been with for over 20 years and they kept dragging me along with paperwork. I went into this with a not so great attitude from the stress of balancing work, the bank, and my personal life. So I needed someone who could take the wheel on this. She's an absolute fighter. I would not want to deal with me but she did so professionally and with a great sense of humor. I cant really put into words how much I appreciate her help and no nonsense approach to dealing with the lender. Thank you Alexis for everything you did for us. Now I'm going to work on my Japanese so I can fix my computer.

Angelo and Berham went above and beyond to get me the most amount back and the best interest rate possible for me. He even beat my own uncles offer!! They had the best communication and were super attentive to my needs making sure I was comfortable with everything. We closed within a week pretty much. I'd recommend them anyone! Alexis and Angelica were exceptionally professional and wonderful to work with. These guys came through where local lenders failed. They were friendly and would take my calls and texts whenever I had concerns. The process was simple from start to finish albeit longer than expected but some of that was due to holidays and third party delays. Angelica helped renew some faith in the lending process for sure. I will definitely seek them out should I ever need real estate related lending options.
