We had a great experience working with Josh. He spent hours of time on the phone with us going over all the details and fees associated with our mortgage. The only surprise at the time of close was that he got us a slightly lower interest rate! We spoke with multiple other lenders during the home buying process and Josh was by far the most transparent and trustworthy of all of them without the slimy sales tactics that we saw from others. He is also very accommodating and reachable for questions (to the point that we did our initial phone consultation while he was literally walking around in London because we were not available any other time). We are first-time home buyers and needed someone we could trust to provide some "hand holding" and teaching of what goes into a mortgage. Josh provides that and more. We will be using him for our next home and recommending him to our friends/family/colleagues.

My husband and I were so glad to work w Joshua Rubin on our latest home purchase. As a realtor myself (albeit coming from a different state) I've done business with a good amount of lenders. I know how crucial a lender can be to the success of a transaction. Josh is a wonderfully valuable asset to have on your home-buying team. As he says, he "lives and breathes" this stuff. I was especially impressed with his lightning-fast response time to questions, whether via email, text, or call. He's genuine and personable, which is comforting alongside the stress that can sometimes occur when making one of - if not the most - expensive purchases of one's lifetime.
