Terea Cartagena5 StarI don't know where to begin, we were working with a lender in the beginning and we had to leave because they really couldn't help us with our complex situation. I found Shane online he told us right from the start that he was a problem solver.
My husband and I have been through ups and downs, there were so many bumps in the road!! I wanted to give up, because it seemed like we were doomed, but Shane was a miracle worker. He told me that we've come too far to quit!! When I tell you something will go wrong, Shane would fix it, and then we'll have another challenge and then something else will come up it just seemed like we were getting pushed further and further back from our date to close. We were having such a hard time at one point Shane even offered to work for free because he cared so much he wanted us to get our home. "Free" Yes I said Free
When I tell you he was patient, he never gave up, he never got mad, he answered my endless questions during the day and night! it didn't matter what time I called him, he always answered me. Shane was very knowledgeable about the mortgage loan process.
