We got into contract on a house with a pre-approval from another lender. We’d paid for home inspections and the appraisal when the loan fell through in underwriting. We’d already sold our home and were living in a 5th wheel with our 4 kids… obviously, we were too invested financial and emotionally to give up. After 3 months, repeated denials (with several other lenders), a doubting realtor, and more stress than I ever care to have again… we were connected with Parrish Thurman (Executive Mortgage Broker) at Home Advantage Lending. Between Parrish and Shemyra Fox Anderson (Executive Processor), they were able to get the loan closed QUICK! I can’t even begin to describe all that they handled and dealt with (including a not-so-nice realtor), but they are absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a home, reach out to them… I give all the glory to God, but Parrish and Shemyra were definitely a God send.

Parish and Shemyra helped us refinance and worked really hard for us with our busy schedules. The communication with them was top level and they leveled up the experience for us. Parish really shared some great advice and is the kind of person you would want to text far in the future just to see how he is doing! Great team!
