Jim Bentley is a true professional, and really knows how to maximize the best options during our search for a new home. As a complete novice homebuyer, i was really bombarding him with questions and hypotheticals, which im sure was a challenge. Some people are saying I was more like an anchor dragging behind the ship, but Jim had just enough patience to keep tugging us along. I might have even learned a few things along the way, thanks to his ability to explain the details thoroughly, (and repeatedly 😉). The hall team, including Tara Willman, really helped keep things smooth coordinating with our realtor, and were incredibly responsive. That was crucial, in a market with such low inventory, which kept us prepared to have an offer ready even over the course of a full years' worth of swinging interest rates and changing incentive programs. I had a great experience working with Hall Financial. I worked primarily with Chris P. And Tara on financing for a mortgage. They were both excellent! I appreciated the clear, concise explanations as needed. They were both very timely and professional. Chris was very up front with all costs associated with my loan so there were no surprises at closing. I appreciate that they were able to work with me through my busy schedule! After of searching 1+ years for a home they were extremely responsive and the process was seamless locking in my mortgage when I found my home.
