After shopping around it would have been helpful to just find Larry! As soon as I did and told the other Mortgage companies to kick rocks and what Larry could do for me they all started to fall in line! Funny thing is if they would have done what Larry did and just been honest and gave me the best interest rate and best closing cost and deal up front I wouldn't need Larry ...so I guess in a way...thank you ...you scamming ..cheating....no good big name mortgage companies....without you I'd never find Diamond mortgage company and Larry! Larry you're the best!

The whole experiance was seamless. I felt like I was a priority. From start to finish it took 30 days. Very impressed considering this was my first mortgage. If u want things done Larry is your guy. My experience with Larry and his team at Diamond Mortgage was both a professional and personal interaction. Professional in the fact that all questions, follow-ups and appointments were answered promptly coupled with he and his team delivering upon what they said they would do and when they were do it. Personal in the sense that I felt he went the extra steps to review mine and my family’s needs and worked out a solution that was best for my short term and long term goals. I find real estate in general to be quite confusing and it was a relief to have Larry handle my mortgage. I truly feel like I got The Best in The Business when it came to my mortgage.
