Demetrius is amazing! I don’t think I could have asked for a better lender/ broker. He helped me with every question (which I had a lot), and opened up his office for our initial meeting for pre-approval ( I was one of a few that wanted to meet face to face lol). He spoke to me on the phone for hours/ weeks helping me with personal concerns that affected my decision making. He never persuaded me, but gave genuine guidance and support. He even drove through my new neighborhood with his business partner to make sure the neighborhood I chose was safe for me to live in, because I’m new to the area. I asked “If I was your little sister do you think I’d be okay?” He responded “I’ll go check it out for you tomorrow,” before I had to finalize my decision. He walked me through each page of the closing disclosure to make sure I understood every number and document, which took hours. Let’s just say the first day I met him, I knew he was incredibly patient and kind man, so I continued to thank him for this! He supported, talked and walked me through to the final steps of being home owner. The process went so smoothly, and it only took me a month to get pre-approved, find a home and close on it! He was very knowledge of the loan products/rates and had recommendations on the best products for me to use even when my situation changed. He is investor-friendly as an investor himself, huge plus.
