I was recently working with my existing bank to do a HELOC on some of the equity we have in our home when I discovered Clear2Mortgage. I worked with Donovan who was amazing, right away he informed me of my options and why it was good to work with a broker instead of directly with a bank. He provided me several options that were better than the deal my current bank could provide.
