It’s not just the rates but their services are the best and no one can beat them.
I had many issues at the sellers and my realtor side but he took the initiative and called so many times to both of them and solve the issues. It was not his job but he go way beyond to support me. Finally I was able to close my home and settled there.
He is not greedy or pushy like many other sales persons and always guided me whatever was good for me.
