She helped me every step of the way and kept my spirits up with her positive attitude and ambitious approach and made the scary first time home buying process a positive experience. Kelly Brusca is truly the definition of the consummate professional! Add a quick wit and the heart to care and you couldn’t ask for a better loan officer! I personally have worked with 3 and my husband more than that, but when I tell you to ask for Kelly…..ASK FOR KELLY! Kelly made the home buying process less daunting! Being older and having a child, especially in this market is a very uncertain climate, but Kelly walked us through the process step by step. Not once did she ever not return a phone call, or seem irritated or exasperated by any questions we had. Her knowledge on property taxes in the area we chose, her spot on calculations, and clear and understandable explanations made the home buying process all the more easier. We are grateful for her piece of the puzzle, because we had a difficult time finding a house after ours was sold, and at some points she went far beyond her duties to secure information, be a go between realtors, and communicate effectively to secure the deal and close it! It takes a special person to do this with grace and professionalism and a person of great character that you rarely meet that truly has your best interests at heart! Thank you Kelly and Brick Financial! We are very happy with our new home and sincerely thank Kelly for all of her hard work!
