Just closed on my first home with Amanda’s help. She helped lock in a surprisingly low rate considering the current rate hikes we have been seeing. Amanda kept up with me of her own volition always asking if there was anything I felt I needed clarified. She walked me through long “exciting” legalease when she had to but generally kept it plain English. Long story short she was clear on the goal I had in mind, made sure she was aligned with those goals. Amanda assured me that I was a very good candidate even when I thought I wasn’t. The whole time we were buying the property I thought the floor was gonna fall out from under me due to something I did wrong. She made every step as painless as possible while reassuring me that so long as I didn’t x,y,z on the side, there was no reason for me to worry.
