Mortgage Loan Process was a Fantastic Experience My wife and I are extremely happy with our recent home purchase in North Georgia and it’s all Thanks to Edward “Ed” Zuzindlak, with Arcadia Lending. Ed was extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the mortgage industry and the lending process. He was also very personable and caring. He listened to what I had to say regarding our current situation, what we were trying to accomplish, in moving from one state to another, and what I was looking for in terms of a mortgage. Ed worked with several mortgage lenders which provided different types of mortgage products. He took the time to describe in detail the various options available and completely answered all my questions. The staff working with Ed at Arcadia Lending was extremely helpful and caring. Ed Zuzindlak was fast, friendly and professional. He communicated the process very well and was prompt to return any calls and texts. He offered me three options to choose from and I picked the rate/closing cost option that best suited me. I had quotes from three other lenders and Arcadia beat them all and provided excellent service. I'm glad I chose to refinance with them. I've refinanced a few times in the past and this experience was by far the best.
