Dan was a great communicator! He explained everything well & sent updates often so I always knew where I stood in my application process. Dan was the best at making sure the process moved quickly, and I especially appreciated his responsiveness since I was moving from another state. He reached out as soon as he had something to share or explained it well when he needed something from me so I was able to get him what he needed the first time. I appreciated the warm welcome to Michigan! The loan application and home offer went smoothly thanks to Dan’s help!

Despite the first time home buying process being pretty complicated and intimidating, Dan made it seem pretty easy. My husband and I felt at-ease throughout the whole process. Dan always made sure to explain everything to us in detail and was always available if we had questions. He made communication extremely easy, being available via phone, text, and email. I felt as if he looked out for our best interest, and the process was so seamless. 10/10 would recommend, especially for first time buyers.
